Robert Hartwell is changing the musical theater game.

Broadway Dance Collective offers musical theater jazz, broadway tap, and vocal performance technique for aspiring Broadway dancers. The courses are four-hour master classes taught by working Broadway professionals. Best of all, the Collective takes these amazing classes to young aspiring professionals with selected tour dates across the country.

“Broadway is filled with the most stunning dancers on the planet. My goal with The Broadway Dance Collective is to connect students in local dance studios across the country with Broadway’s finest dancers,” said Hartwell. “Every student has a story, and I believe I was placed on this Earth to help them tell it more joyfully.”

If anyone can bring the magic of Broadway our youth, it is Hartwell. His résumé  heavy with credits on the Great White Way including Cinderella, Motown the Musical, Nice Work If You Can Get It and Memphis.

And if Hartwell weren’t enough to bring this teaching company to life, he brought along talented friends to help wth his mission including Krisha Marcano  (The Color Purple, Aida, Motown)  and Jarron Muse (Motown, White Christmas, 42nd St.) among many more Broadway performers.
